My research areas include: self-knowledge, the emotions, the imagination, valuing.

How do we know ourselves? In particular, how do we gain knowledge of the facts about ourselves that make us who we are, such as our character traits, values, emotions, and so on? In my research, I focus on identifying reliable self-knowledge mechanisms, as well as potential obstacles.
